Admission Guidelines

We are delighted that you are considering St. Joseph's Career Edge for your employability transformation journey. To ensure a smooth application and admission experience, please read the following guidelines covering eligibility, our admission pathway, documentation, and key instructions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must be graduates (in any stream: BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, etc.) or final-year degree students awaiting final semester results.
  • Age Criteria: Candidates must be between 21 and 28 years of age at the time of course commencement.
  • Motivation & Commitment: As this is an intensive, 90-day residential program, candidates must show a strong desire for personal transformation, regular training, and high dedication.

Admission Process Pathway

Admission to the residential program is granted through a structured three-step evaluation:

Online Application

Fill out the inquiry form on the website or visit St. Joseph's Outreach Centre in Nelamangala to register your interest.

Scholarship Test

Appear for the entrance evaluation covering basic English language skills, logical reasoning, and basic computer knowledge.

Personal Interview

Attend a personal interaction round with our admission panel to evaluate career interests, communication levels, and hostel suitability.

Final Admission

Successful candidates receive an admission offer and scholarship approval letter, confirming course details and joining instructions.

Required Documents Checklist

Candidates must submit photocopies of the following documents during the physical verification process on the day of joining:

  • Academic Marksheets: Degree marksheet (all semesters) and passing certificate. For final-year candidates, a letter from the college Principal or provisional marks card.
  • Identity Proof: Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card, along with PAN Card or Voter ID.
  • Photographs: 4 recent passport-size color photographs with white background.
  • Financial/Income Proof: Family income certificate (mandatory for candidates claiming highly-subsidized category scholarships).
Hostel Check-in Instruction: Admitted students must arrive at the hostel one day prior to course commencement for orientation and room allocation. Please bring personal daily essentials, formal/semi-formal clothing, and personal bedding items. Computer systems are provided in the labs, but students are welcome to bring their laptops for personal practice.
